Peninsula Black Friday Bandit Caught Red-Handed, Police Say
Police say that when they arrested the accused thief, he was in possession of the stolen property they were looking for.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary on Black Friday after police found him inside a San Bruno shopping mall holding the stolen objects, according to the San Bruno Police Department.
Police responded at 8:38 a.m. Friday to a report of a burglary at a business at The Shops at Tanforan in San Bruno. An investigation showed that a suspect had broken into the closed business and stolen property before fleeing, police said.
Later Friday at 7:57 p.m., police were notified that the same suspect was inside The Shops at Tanforan. Police found and identified the suspect as Jose Alfredo Godoymartinez, 21, of San Francisco.

Officers found that Godoymartinez was in possession of the stolen items from earlier Friday, according to police. He was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of commercial burglary and possession of stolen property.
