Peninsula Community Wins Design Honors

MENLO PARK, CA – Elan Menlo Park, a 146-unit apartment complex on Haven Avenue in Menlo Park, was heralded Friday for its community design at an annual Bay Area builders' industry gala.
The Oakland office of KTGY Architecture + Planning was honored at the 2018 Building Industry Association of the Bay Area's Excellence in Home Building Awards program, taking finalist honors for "Best Multi-Family Community Design" for the Menlo Park luxury complex that features indoor-outdoor amenities.
Developed by CityView and Greystar and designed by KTGY Architecture, the pet-friendly Elan Menlo Park is conveniently located near major employers, restaurants, shopping and transit.

The property, with secured-gated parking, offers more than 17,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenity space for residents, with such features as a resort-style pool and spa, fitness facility, an open-area community lounge, game room areas, an outdoor firepit and barbecue grills.
