PG&E Power Shutoffs: San Mateo County Will Be Spared
PG&E said customers in San Mateo County will not lose power this week, revising a previous plan to de-energize parts of the county.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — San Mateo County residents will not lose power in the upcoming public safety shutoffs by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the utility said Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier this week, PG&E said that 70 county customers would be affected by the shutoffs, but the utility issued a revised plan due to changing weather conditions.
Elsewhere in Northern California, about 181,000 customers in 16 different counties are still slated to lose power on Wednesday, but San Mateo County will be spared.
