At 10:34 a.m. on Wednesday, the San Mateo Police Department sent out an alert stating a crash had occurred at 19th Avenue and Fashion Island Boulevard. Police said 19th Avenue is closed from S. Grant Street to Highway 101. Police said significant traffic delays are expected and to use alternate routes until further notice. No other information is available at this time.
