San Mateo County Reports 163 New Coronavirus Cases, 4 Deaths

There were 54 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in San Mateo County as of Tuesday, of which 14 were being treated in intensive care units.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — San Mateo County Health reported 163 additional coronavirus cases Friday.

The latest report brings the countywide case count to 6,803.

The county reported four additional coronavirus-related fatalities Tuesday, bringing its COVID-19 death toll to 126.

There have been 603,747 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 11,022 coronavirus-related deaths in California as of Friday afternoon according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
