San Mateo Parking Permit Applications Now Open
To apply online, residents need an email address, their vehicle registration, a driver's license, and proof of residency.

SAN MATEO, CA — Applications are open to renew or apply for residential parking permits in the city of San Mateo for 2022 for those who live in certain neighborhoods.
The residential parking permit program is optional for residents who live in areas where on-street parking is a hot commodity, such as near high schools, commercial areas, and business complexes.
To apply online, residents need an email address, their vehicle registration, a driver's license, and proof of residency.

Applicants who do not wish to apply online or are unable to may visit the Public Works Department Counter at San Mateo City Hall. The counter is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; the counter is closed from noon-1 p.m.
