San Mateo Police Non-Emergency Line Experiencing Technical Difficulties
Police are working with the city's IT department to resolve the issue.
The San Mateo Police Department says it is experiencing technical difficulties with their non-emergency phone lines this morning, but 911 is still working for emergency calls.
Police are working with the city’s IT department to resolve the issue. Non-emergency calls are temporarily being rerouted through the dispatch center in Burlingame at (650) 777-4100.
Some non-emergencies are reportable online, according to police.
