SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — Pacific Gas &amp; Electric is reporting on their outage map that the power has been restored to the 8,316 customers in San Mateo County who were without it this morning. The outage started around 8:26 a.m. "Crews are currently responding to emergencies due to storm damage. Once the extreme weather has passed, crews will begin repairs," PG&amp;E stated. "This is an unplanned outage due to a storm. When able, our crews will inspect and make repairs." There were outages in Burlingame that extended through Hillsborough, San Mateo, Belmont and down into Emerald Lake Hills near Downtown Redwood City.
