'Armed And Dangerous' Burglary Suspect Arrested In San Rafael
The suspect, who was considered armed and dangerous, was found hiding in a bedroom in one of the homes, officials said.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Authorities on Monday arrested a man suspected of burglary at a residence on the Dutra Group Quarry property in San Rafael, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office.
A resident reported that her home was broken into and a rifle was stolen about 12:30 a.m., according to sheriff's officials. Around 5:45 a.m., a maintenance worker from the quarry reported seeing a man with a rifle near houses on the property.
Deputies set up a permitter and searched the area around the quarry at 1000 Point San Pedro Road. The suspect, who was considered armed and dangerous, was found hiding in a bedroom in one of the homes, officials said.

Rigoberto Aguilar, 31, of Richmond, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, stealing a vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, being a felon in possession of ammunition and on a Marin County warrant for prowling. He is a suspect in a prowling incident and a burglary incident that occurred in the San Rafael Police Department's jurisdiction over the past several days, officials said.
Aguilar was booked into Marin County Jail.
