SAN RAFAEL, CA – Patch reader Bob Frommer shared this photo of a beautiful rainbow over San Rafael.
The picture was taken in June from Quail Hill.
"The unseasonal June rain seems to be showing us that there’s a pot o’ gold just next to the Civic Center," Frommer said.
