BREAKING: Power Outage Impacting 4,019 Customers in San Rafael
The outage was first reported to PG&E around 3:45 a.m.
Pacific Gas & Electric is reporting on their outage map that 4,016 customers in and around San Rafael are without power this morning.
The outage started at 3:45 a.m. and PG&E estimates the power will be restored by about 5:45 a.m. According to the website, the cause for the outage is being assessed.
