Burglary Suspect Arrested At San Rafael Apartment
Davis Edgardo Argueta, 39, of San Rafael was booked in the Marin County Jail for felony burglary.

SAN RAFAEL, CA – San Rafael police arrested a residential burglary suspect Saturday who had barricaded the front door of an apartment on Cresta Way, a police sergeant said.
The resident of the apartment noticed a screen removed from a window when he arrived home and called police around 12:30 a.m., Sergeant Lisa Holton said.
Police found the front door partially barricaded from the inside with a small table, Holton said. The burglar ran from the rear of the apartment until he stopped at an overgrown embankment, Holton said.

Davis Edgardo Argueta, 39, of San Rafael was booked in the Marin County Jail for felony burglary, and federal Immigrations and Custom Enforcement has requested a hold on his release, Holton said.
Police are investigating whether Argueta is responsible for other burglaries in the area of Cresta Way in Terra Linda, Holton said.
