We currently have co-location workspace in our Skyview Terrace Nonprofit Center. Perhaps you or someone you know would like to join our center? You'd be joining other organizations like Oakview Nursery School, Senior Access, and the Chico Xavier Spiritist Society that are creating a positive impact in our community.

Currently leasing a five office suite with reception area at Skyview Terrace Nonprofit Center. Approximately 1,350 square feet. May consider sub-dividing space into individual suite rentals.

MARINSPACE has owned and operated Skyview Terrace Nonprofit Center for over 10 years. Since opening its doors in 1998, this center has successfully and cost effectively provided stable, affordable, space to many different nonprofits. Tenants have included: Easter Seals, Marin Council of Agencies, APPLE Family Works, Full Circle ProgramsDrawBridge, United Way, and many others.
