DUI Checkpoint Friday In Marin County

MARIN COUNTY, CA – The California Highway Patrol is conducting a DUI and driver license safety checkpoint Friday in Marin County. The checkpoint is scheduled somewhere within the unincorporated area of the county, according to the CHP Marin Area office.

During the checkpoint, officers will be on the lookout for drivers with signs of alcohol and/or drug impairment. Officers will also check for valid licensing.

The checkpoint is funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

No other details, including an exact time and location for the checkpoint, have been released.
