
Come and join us for Jazzercise...the original dance exercise phenomenon! Jazzercise is an effective, total-body conditioning program that makes people look and feel great! Jazzercise combines the art of jazz dance and aerobics to make your workout fun. The class is 60 minutes long with a warm up and 30 minutes of aerobics and muscle toning/training and stretching.
Judi Sheppard Missett, founder of Jazzercise, incorporates Pilates, kick-boxing and so much more to stay on the cutting edge of today’s popular interest in fitness. Registration available prior to any class. Please come 10 minutes early. Bring your own mats for the strength training portion of class.
