An Evening of Harold Pinter at the Belrose Theatre

Marin Onstage presents two one-act plays by Harold Pinter at the Belrose Theatre in San Rafael, directed by Ron Nash.

In Pinter’s “The Dumb Waiter”, we follow two criminals (Michael Walraven and GreyWolf) in their work. Classic British music hall routines become the backdrop for more serious business. This play, as all Pinter plays, ends with a very surprising ending.

Pinter’s “Landscape” presents a very different picture. Beth and Duff (Esther Mulligan and Kit Grimm) gather in the house where they have worked for many years. They try to work through different issues of memory and relationship, and to communicate, or not, with each other.
