A Family Scavenger Hunt
This is a very special chance to join China Camp State Park interpretive docents on a Turtleback Trail scavenger hunt. While you can’t actually collect things, you can observe, record, draw, describe, and identify. We’ll give you a little introduction to help you “see” and understand more, then send you off with your family, a list of things to discover, some information to help you identify, and one of our docents. Your job is to come back having seen as many of the wonderful things on the list as you can.

The scavenger hunt is open to any family members, but adults are responsible for and must accompany and engage with their children. It’s a family project! There’s a little junior ranger badge waiting at the end for all participants under 15.
