Firefighters Keep Woodward Fire Contained Amid Heat Wave
Crews are monitoring hot spots.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — Firefighters have kept the Woodward Fire within existing containment lines amid heat wave this weekend, fire officials said.
Crews are keeping a close eye on any hot spots within close proximity to the fire line and are addressing those through mop-up efforts.
The existing control lines are also being patrolled multiple times a day to ensure that the fire has not moved outside containment lines.
