Freeze Warning Issued For San Rafael, North Bay Valleys
BREAKING: Freezing temperatures are forecast overnight in San Rafael and elsewhere in the North Bay.

NORTH BAY, CA — Freezing temperatures are forecast late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning in San Rafael and parts of the North Bay.
The National Weather Service issued a freeze warning from 1 to 9 a.m. Wednesday for the North Bay valleys, including the cities of Novato, San Rafael, Santa Rosa, South Santa Rosa, Napa, Petaluma and Rohnert Park. Overnight lows are expected to range from 25 to 31 degrees.
"A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely," weather officials said.

Weather officials warned residents that freezing temperatures "will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation." Residents were also reminded to protect pets from the cold weather conditions.
