FAMILY BEST BETS OF THE WEEK
Where/When: Wednesday at the San Rafael Library, 1100 E. St., 10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Why Go: It’s all about Mother Goose, flannel board stories, puppets and songs for your toddler (3 and under)! You won’t be able to get the songs out of your head. Is that a bad thing?
Pricing: $8 for all under 60/ $6 for those 60+
Where/When: Whistlestop’s Jackson Cafe, 930 Tamalpais Ave., Thursday 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Why Go: It’s the Year of the Rabbit! Come and watch the Lion Dance with the kids. If they’ve never seen it they’ll be floored. Stay for their Asian Feast but remember to R.S.V.P.

Why Go: Because Valentine’s Day is almost here and this drop-in class is just the ticket! Create a work of art (maybe even a Valentine or two) with your budding genius.
Pricing: Drop-in $12.00
Where/When: Las Gallinas Ponds, San Rafael, Saturday 10 a.m.
Why Go: Cool birds, river otters. The kids will love seeing the wildlife that’s in their own backyard!

THE BUDDY CLUB PRESENTS - BOB KAHN
Where/When: The Hoytt Theater at the Osher Marin JCC, 200 North Pedro Rd., San Rafael Sunday 1 p.m. -2 p.m.
Why Go: Mesmerizing storytelling, breath-taking juggling and magic. What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
