Man Accused Of Selling Marijuana To Minors In San Rafael

The investigation began in February when police started receiving complaints about drug deals in the Gerstle Park neighborhood, police said.

SAN RAFAEL, CA – A man was arrested last week on suspicion of selling marijuana to minors in San Rafael, police said.

Miguel Eduardo Moises-Hernandez, 20, of San Rafael, was allegedly selling marijuana to teenagers as young as 14 years old since at least February, according to police. He was arrested Friday when he arrived at the Marin County Probation Office for a routine check-in.

Police served a search warrant at Moises-Hernandez's apartment in the Gerstle Park neighborhood and allegedly found four pounds of processed, concentrated and edible marijuana, in addition to $10,000 in cash.
