Manual Tally Slated For March 6 Election
The county's election staff will randomly select ballots to be counted from the election.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – The manual tally of the March 6 special vote-by-mail election for the Kentfield School District is slated to start on March 12, according to the Marin County Elections Department. The county's election staff will randomly select ballots to be counted from the election.
The selection of ballots will take place at 1 p.m. March 12 in the Elections Department, located at the Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 121, San Rafael. The manual tally of the ballots, which is a public process, will begin immediately after they are selected.
Registrar of Voters Lynda Roberts expects the election to be certified by March 16.
