MARIN CHARITABLE INVITES NONPROFITS SERVING MARIN'S LOW-INCOME YOUTH TO APPLY FOR FUNDING

Marin Charitable Grant Application Now in Process for Organizations Serving Marin's Underserved Youth - Deadline is August 1st, 2016

Marin Charitable 2016 Grants Process Begins – Invitation to Apply

Marin Charitable, an all-volunteer nonprofit organization celebrating its 50th year of service, is now accepting grant applications for 2016-17. The organization raises funds throughout the year in order to provide grants to nonprofits specializing in serving low-income youth, ages 11 to 18, within Marin County.

Non-profit organizations with programs or projects serving Marin’s middle and high school aged youth are invited to apply. The 2016 Grant and Application & Guidelines can be found on their website at www.marincharitable.org and the application form may be directly downloaded at http://www.marincharitable.org/#!how-to-apply/ee6f9. Grants range from $1,000 to $5,000 with variations based on criteria met and funds available for distribution.

Only completed applications postmarked by August 1st will be considered. Applications can be mailed to Rose Jennings Newhouse, Marin Charitable Grant Committee Chair, at 336 Bon Air Center, Suite 465 Greenbrae, CA 94904.
