MARIN COUNTY, CA – Election Day 2017 is here. Voters across Marin County headed to the polls Tuesday to voice their choice on a variety of council contests and local measures.
Jurisdictions participating in the November 2017 election included the cities and towns of Fairfax, Larkspur, Novato, San Anselmo, Sausalito and Tiburon, as well as the community service districts in Marin City and Muir Beach, and the Lagunitas School District, Marin County Flood Control District and Mesa Park Recreation District. There were 74,175 Marin residents registered to vote in the election.
If you're looking for results, you've come to the right place. The county will begin releasing results just minutes after the 46 polling sites across the county close at 8 p.m. Here's what you can expect:

- 8 p.m.: Results from vote-by-mail ballots returned before Nov. 7 will be released.
- 9:30 p.m. and about every half-hour thereafter: Results from precincts will be released until complete.
