Marin County Parks Reopen Following Recent Storm
McNears Beach County Park in San Rafael, Paradise County Park in Tiburon and Stafford Lake County Park in Novato closed Tuesday.
MARIN COUNTY, CA – Three Marin County parks reopened Wednesday following closures due to the recent storm.
McNears Beach County Park in San Rafael, Paradise County Park in Tiburon and Stafford Lake County Park in Novato were all initially closed at 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to a social media post from Marin County Parks. McNears Beach County Park and Paradise County Park reopened at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Stafford Lake County Park reopened just before 1 p.m. Wednesday. Although the park is now open, county officials said on social media that Stafford Lake Bike Park remains closed until conditions dry.
