Marin Open Studios 2016 – 23rd Annual “Its all the BUZZ!”

Marin Open Studios (MOS) is a vibrant, community wide event that celebrates the county’s rich culture of art. This annual free art event marks its 23rd year the first two weekends in May. Art patrons, admirers and collectors can venture out on a self-guided tour to meet over 270 artists and view their works. Not only is the artwork for sale, there is much more in the offering: conversations about creativity & imagination, chance to be inspired plus a glimpse into lives devoted to art.

MOS is the perfect event to help art lovers start or continue collecting works by local world-class artists. Attendees will be inspired by painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, graphics, print-making, glass, jewelry, mixed media and more! Marin Open Studios, “Its all the BUZZ!”

May 7 & 8 studios open in northern and western Marin.
May 14 & 15 studios open in southern and central Marin.
• Free and open to the public.
• Many artists are open both weekends.
