For Women Wanting to Know More About Successfully Managing Finances

The Women’s Collective of Marin will host another panel discussion by women, for women, Wed. Jan. 13, 2016, on the subject of “Money Decisions for Life.”

Starting at 5:30 p.m., at the Community Room of Northgate Mall, the discussion will feature guests family law attorney Joann Babiak; mortgage advisor Rosette Pollock, CPA Alexia Cloutier, and realtor Susan Hewitt, Sotheby’s, Decker Bullock. Kathleen Nemetz, Certified Financial Planner, will moderate.

Panelists will address when and how to save for goals; planning for and savings on taxes, structuring marriage relationships for better money management; building and maintaining credit scores, and buying and selling real estate including income properties. While the focus will be on connecting the dots for steady success, speakers will also advise how to get back on track if life events have introduced delays and obstacles.

The one-hour event is co-sponsored with the Women’s Collective of Marin, sponsoring educational talks for women, by women, on topics women care about. Kathleen Nemetz is also producer of a TV talk show on local Comcast station 26, “Women On Money.”

Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
