BJ’s Restaurants is kicking off summer with its newest limited edition menu: Blue Ribbon Barbeque! Partnering with Sterling Ball of Big Poppa Smokers, an award-winning pitmaster from the competitive barbeque circuit, BJ’s new Blue Ribbon Barbeque menu will be available at BJ’s Restaurants from June 25th to September 2nd. The new menu features spice rubs and recipes co-developed by Sterling Ball, aka “Big Poppa,” of Big Poppa Smokers, champion of the 2012 American Royal World Series of Barbecue® Invitational.
