Nia Fitness Classes with Deborah Walker

Come and join our fitness workout class!

For 29-years, this class has been ongoing throughout Marin. It is held every Mon, Wed, Friday morning from 8am - 9am. A great workout for every body -- men, women, all ages.

During this 60-minute class, your body will enjoy an uplifting cardiovascular workout while infusing movement and philosophy from the martial arts, dance arts and the healing arts.

Nia is great fun so you will not even know you are exercising until your body starts to feel the benefits. The class is done barefoot (optional) to music and delivers and whole-body conditioning. Classes are ongoing and open to the public. Come give it a try. Mention "the Patch" and your first class is free!
