Peace Corps

The Peace Corps offers U.S. Citizens the opportunity to make a difference around the world and bring the benefits of that experience back home. Since 1961, more than 220,000 Americans of all ages have served in 139 countries. Peace Corps volunteers serve in either 2-year assignments or short-term assignments (3-12 months) through Peace Corps Response. Join recruiter Barbara Smith to learn about what it is like to serve in diverse communities around the world. Barbara will share her experience, the application process and how to be a competitive candidate. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A.
