Power Outage Affects Thousands In San Rafael
BREAKING: Power has been restored to all but 326 customers, according to PG&E's website.

SAN RAFAEL, CA – Thousands of customers were without power Thursday morning in San Rafael.
More than 3,000 customers lost power at about 10 a.m., Pacific Gas and Electric Company reported on its outage map. The power outage affected Marin County Civic Center.
Power has since been restored to all but 326 customers, according to PG&E's website. PG&E crews found damaged equipment and are on site working to restore power.

Power is estimated to be restored to all customers by 4 p.m., according to PG&E.
