Rain, Gusty Winds To Return To Bay Area
Heavy rainfall and isolated thunderstorms are possible, according to the National Weather Service.

BAY AREA, CA – Rain is forecast to return to the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend.
Widespread rain is expected to develop late Friday night into Saturday and sweep across the region, according to the National Weather Service. Strong and gusty winds are expected to accompany the rain and may continue through Sunday morning.
Heavy rainfall and isolated thunderstorms are possible on Saturday, according to the NWS. Cooler temperatures may bring snow to the area's highest peaks.

More rain is forecast for Sunday night and Monday, with a majority of it falling in the North Bay.
