Road Closed In San Rafael Reopens: Police

Traffic controls and detours were in place, police said.

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Police said eastbound Second Street at Marquard Avenue was closed Friday.

At 9:25 a.m. they sent out an alert that road had been reopened.

The San Rafael Police Department issued an alert at 8:33, stating the closure would remain in place for an unknown amount of time.
