Carol LeValley, owner of Rustic Bakery, announced in an email that Chef Nicolas Abrams of Hilltop 1892 will be joining her company as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage. LeValley said that she is looking forward to Abrams bringing his years of experience to her culinary team and that he will be instrumental in evolving their farm to table cafe menus going forward. Abrams is looking forward to developing new soups for the Fall season as well as some new salad and sandwich options. Abrams will take his position starting September 24th.
