Image for Success leaders will make a special presentation about the exciting changes to the IFS brand which will take effect this year. With the extraordinary help from many supporters including Board member Sue Boland’s husband, Jack Boland, President of Baker Street Advertising, IFS will receive a magnificent new look. Mr. Boland, whose clients include the San Francisco Giants, tasked his creative team with the job of re-inventing the name and brand identity for Image for Success. The new look will be unveiled at the luncheon.
Image for Success (IFS) provides complimentary wardrobes to men, women and children transitioning to a life of self-reliance. Clients are referred to IFS by more than 45 social service agencies which include job training programs, educational institutions, family service agencies, treatment centers, domestic violence and homeless shelters. More than 60 people volunteer as personal shoppers for the men, women, and children who are IFS clients. Each volunteer is dedicated to improving IFS clients’ self-esteem by helping them choose an appropriate, functional, and flattering wardrobe. By responding to the basic need for clothing for work and school IFS’ clients have affirmed that appropriate clothing provides not only a new look, but a new outlook on life.
