Fire Sparks At Depot Garden Cafe In San Rafael
Fire officials advised the public to avoid the area of B Street between 1st and 2nd streets in San Rafael.
SAN RAFAEL, CA –Firefighters quickly contained a structure fire late Friday morning in San Rafael.
Depot Garden Cafe at 718 B St. caught on fire, according to the San Rafael Fire Department. Officials said the fire was quickly brought under control.
Authorities advised the public to avoid the area of B Street between 1st and 2nd streets. Units were expected to remain at the scene for an "extended period" for salvage and overhaul.
