Leading wine industry B2B software solutions provider seeks a telemarketing pro to further increase the size and quality of our sales funnel. The ideal candidate will possess endless tenacity and the desire to succeed, combined with the ability to convert thousands of winery sales leads to view a web demo of our top selling software. A professional phone manner, emotional maturity, and the ability to speak and write articulately is required.

You will cold-call to winery GM’s, winemakers, owners, and heads of marketing, with the goal of setting up a web demo of our software products. The telesales rep does not give the demos and is not involved in the sales process beyond the point of arranging the demo.

Specific Duties:

o Cold-call wineries to set-up web demos of leading wine industry software products
o Build, develop, and qualify sales leads to 2000+ North American wineries
o Reach decision makers/influencers to identify and qualify prospects
o Manage all accounts using salesforce.com
o Use email and voice as primary means of communication
o Analyze weekly performance; participate in conference calls with company management
• Job Requirements
o Prior B2B telesales experience is a must
o Prior B2B cold-calling experience is a must
o Prior experience using CRM systems (salesforce.com) is a must
o Good computer skills
o A professional and confident phone presence is required; ability to write clearly
o Knowledge of wine industry, including viticulture, wine clubs, winemaking, and winery operations is a big plus but not a requirement for the right star sales person
Salary Information: Fixed Hourly Base + Aggressive Commissions: earnings opportunity to $50K+ if full time; $25K+ if part time. Contact Information: Wine Management Systems
