Traffic Alert: Lucas Valley Road Closed In Marin County
Lucas Valley Road is closed in both directions east of Big Rock. (BREAKING)

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Marin County police and fire officials are advising the public to avoid Lucas Valley Road Tuesday morning.
Lucas Valley Road is closed in both directions between Big Rock and Westgate Drive due to a big rig that is stuck in a sharp curve, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office and Marin County Fire Department.
Motorists are urged to use alternative routes. The road is expected to be open by 8:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
