Walking Through Time: Natural History at China Camp State Park Led by Naturalist Debra Schwartz of Tam Hiking Tours

Come enjoy a morning of natural history time traveling with Debra Schwartz of Tam Hiking Tours. Registration is required as space is limited

This walk is advised for adults and children 12 or over

Looking out from the ridges and hills of China Camp State Park you can see back in time: geological formations that led to our current marsh, the extinct animals that once walked the trails, the plants that have adapted to millennia of climate and human impacts. Come enjoy a morning of time traveling with Debra Schwartz of Tam Hiking Tours. Registration is required as space is limited. Meeting place information will be provided upon registration.

What to be prepared for: Bring sturdy shoes and layers, as this walk will be held rain or shine. Water and a snack (and/or lunch or after the walk)recommended.
