Trumark Homes also announced plans to build The Orchard, 124 three-story townhome-style condominiums near the intersection of Camino Ramon and Fostoria Way, near Costco and just east of I-680. The residences will offer 1,507 to 1,799 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages.
“The Orchard and Deerwood Heights were thoughtfully designed in prime Tri-Valley locations with the space and functionality that Northern California buyers are looking for in today’s market,” said Tony Bosowski, Northern California Division President at Trumark Homes. “Each community reflects the intentionality that goes into every Trumark home, from floor plans and amenities to the neighborhoods we choose. The positive response we have received so far echoes the demand that exists.”
