Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop Glistens During Annual Silver Plate, Sterling and Fine Linens Event!

Member volunteers at Assistance League® Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way, in Lafayette, will agree that autumn ushers in a special and meaningful time of year when all realize the importance of bringing people together. How better to prepare than by launching the Annual Silver Plate, Sterling and Fine Linens event that will begin on Tuesday, October 27 and will conclude on Saturday, October 31, provided that inventory lasts.
The thrift shop will virtually shine with an array of over 350 polished pieces of silver plate that will include flatware, tea and coffee pots, cream & sugar sets, salt & pepper shakers, butter dishes, trays, platters, water pitchers, champagne buckets, casseroles, bowls, covered vegetable dishes, candle holders and gravy boats.
Likewise, rays of light will dance off of a lovely selection of sterling silver pieces. Visualize candles holders, salt and pepper shakers, bowls, coasters, flatware and other quality pieces arranged on such fine linens, many of them handmade, as tablecloths, runners, and napkins—all rich in tradition, all available at astoundingly reasonable prices. An assortment of antique and vintage pieces will also be sprinkled with a few Sheffield gems. You might further enhance your table scape with an exquisite punch bowl or vintage colony commemorative spoons that date back to 1776.
