As you see in the following graph, the price per square foot for homes in the 94526 zip code of Danville has continued to increase over the last several months.
Danville homes, and especially the desirable Westside Danville homes, have seen the price per square foot increase even with inventory increases. In my last blog and presented the Median Sales Price graph which showed an actual drop in the median sales price for homes in the 94526 zip code. What can be mad of this is that there are more homes selling in the lower price points which is having an effect on the median sales price. What this means to thins who are considering a home is that there is still great demand for homes in this area and we are seeing the majority of them at price points under $1,000,000.
