San Ramon Man Indicted In Federal Child Sex Case: DOJ
Ishaq Ikahro was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of coercing and enticing nine minors to engage in sexual activity.
SAN RAMON, CA — A San Ramon man has been indicted by a federal grand jury of using online platforms to coerce and entice nine minors to engage in sexual activity, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
Ishaq Ikharo, 28, allegedly used several online chat and gaming platforms to communicate and coerce nine different victims under the age of 18 into sexual activity, according to the February indictment and court documents from April 2022 to September 2024.
At the time of the alleged offenses, Ikharo was on federal supervised release for a 2023 conviction in the Western District of New York for possession of child pornography. Ikharo has been in custody since June 30, 2025, and is scheduled to appear in district court on July 30.

If convicted, he faces a minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison, as well as a $250,000 fine for each violation.
