  • 84 Condos ranging in price from $99,000 to $399,000
  • 24 Town homes ranging in price from $399,999 to $589,000

      Of the 108 properties, 10 are bank owned, 75 are short sales and 23 are regular sales. There is a backlog in  getting these properties closed, especially the short sales as some have been in this state since 2010.
