San Ramon Real Estate Update Thru February 2013

San Ramon home sales thru February 2013 average sales price is up 16% over 2012.

February 2013 home sales for San Ramon were up 16% in average sales price as compared to February 2012. That is a big jump in prices over last year. The gain is attributed to more homes in the $1,000,000 price range selling.

Other San Ramon Home Stats for February

  • 73 New Listings ranging in price from $439,900 to $2,250,000
  • 31 homes went under contract - ranging in price from $499,000 to $1,299,900
  • 28 Closed Sales ranging in price from $521,000 to $1,728,000
