San Ramon Home Sales Activity for March 2013 shows an increase in average sales price of 8% over the same time period last year.

  • There were 63 new listings in March, ranging in price from $539,000 to $2,100,000
  • 45 homes received contracts (pending) ranging in price from $250,000 to $1,900,000
  • 61 Closed Sales in March (as compared to February of 28) ranging in price from $453,000 to $1,645,000

San Ramon Home Sales were up 8% in March 2013 over the same time period in 2012 and the average days on the market are down significantly 50% over the same period last year.
