Dramatic Rollover Crash in San Ramon Reminder to Have Child Seats Properly Installed: Police

Parents can schedule an affordable car seat inspection with the San Ramon Police Department.

SAN RAMON, CA — A rollover crash on Alcosta Boulevard near Davona Drive Tuesday is a good reminder to parents to make sure their child’s safety seat properly installed, police officials said.

Police say everyone involved in the collision were using their seat belts at the time of the crash and all were virtually uninjured.

“Fortunately, this little one was buckled up in a properly installed car seat and wasn't hurt,” police officials said.

Parents can schedule a car seat inspection with the San Ramon Police Department by clicking here. The cost is $25 for residents, $40 for non-residents. The inspections take about 30 minutes.
