Offering youth soccer for boys & girls ages 4-18 since 1973

San Ramon FC

San Ramon FC develops players, character, and community through soccer. With both recreational and competitive programs, the club has teams for boys and girls, welcoming both beginners and players with advanced skills. Popular fall recreational programs include the U5-U8 Junior Academy and the U9-U19 Recreational program. The club's youth competitive program holds tryouts annually in May for its U7 Academy, U8-U19 Competitive, and ECNL-RL level teams.. Camps are offered during winter and summer breaks. Competitive youth futsal training and league play are available in the winter, as part of its youth futsal affiliate, 925 Futsal. The club has received US Soccer's Players First designation and it promotes 11 pillars of character important for success in soccer and in life. Financial aid is often available to families that qualify for assistance. The club has a growing pro-development program, featuring a competitive women's team and two men's teams. Each compete in regional leagues in Northern California. These talented adult teams give local residents the opportunity to watch competitive adult soccer matches minutes from home. More importantly, they give skillful young adult players in the area the opportunity to further develop their soccer skills through competitive play. Older teenage players in the club also have the opportunity to train and play on these pro-development teams to help them gain valuable experience. In 2026, San Ramon FC achieved a milestone for the club. It's men's senior team qualified for the US Open Cup. The team played professional club Phoenix Rising FC in Arizona in March, marking the first time a San Ramon FC soccer team took the field against a professional side in a competition. The club continues to strive to teach the beautiful game to youth players in the community and to help them develop their full potential, both as players and as people. From the city of Dublin: Safe and Sane Fireworks are allowed to be sold in the City of Dublin each year, beginning at noon on June 28 and ending at noon on July 5, by non-profit organizations who meet all of the requirements set forth in the <a href="https://www.codepublishing.com/CA/Dublin/#!/Dublin05/Dublin0524.html#5.24" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Dublin Municipal Code Chapter 5.24</a>. &nbsp;&nbsp;
Each year, non-profit organizations interested in having a booth must fill out a current fireworks packet and submit the necessary documents. <a href="https://citydocs.dublin.ca.gov/Forms/fireworksapplication" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">The fireworks application link</a> is made available in March of each year to qualifying non-profits who have previously submitted an application. A drawing is held in early May if needed to determine which non-profit organizations will receive a fireworks booth. &nbsp;A representative from each organization must be present in order to qualify for a booth. &nbsp;
The City of Dublin has four designated parks where the use of Safe and Sane Fireworks is permitted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on July 4th, only. &nbsp;No fireworks of any type (including Safe and Sane) are permitted at Dublin multi-housing units or at any undesignated Dublin Park, other City facility, or school. &nbsp;

Youth soccer provides boys and girls with a healthy, fun, team sport to enjoy. Players can develop their soccer skills, improve their physical&nbsp;fitness, as well as learn to develop confidence, accountability, teamwork, and leadership skills.
U5-U8 Junior Academy - Have Fun Learning to Play!
The <a href="https://www.sanramonfc.com/junior-academy" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">fall U5-U8 Junior Academy</a>&nbsp;provides soccer skill learning and weekend games. Players attend weekly practice with curriculum and instruction provided by&nbsp;SRFC's professional coaching staff.&nbsp; Weekend games are coached by parent volunteers and all games are in San Ramon.
U9-U19 Recreational Soccer - Popular Fall Program
The <a href="https://www.sanramonfc.com/recreational-U9-U19" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">fall U9-U19 recreational program</a> offers fun soccer learning and weekend games for U9-U19 age groups. Teams train as often as&nbsp;2 times a week with a volunteer coach&nbsp;and play a game on the weekend.&nbsp; The U9-U12 teams will play all games locally while the U14-U19 teams will travel for some away games to nearby cities.

 Both programs begin in August and conclude in early November. SRFC provides volunteer coaches with training, curriculum, and equipment to help them have a successful season of coaching.

2026 marks the 51st anniversary that the Kiwanis Club of San Ramon Valley first began organizing and conducting the 4th of July Parade in Danville, and Kiwanis has presented a Parade every year since, including the virtual Parade that was held online in COVID year 2020. The Parade will take place along Hartz Avenue and San Ramon Valley Boulevard from approximately 9am to noon, starting at San Ramon Valley High School at Railroad Avenue. The Parade route will end at Town and Country Drive like last year. The parade can be seen from either side of the street and there is always plenty of room for everyone!

Pleasanton Community Concert Band's Annual July 4th Celebration
Saturday, July 4, 2026 - 12-1:30 p.m.
<a href="https://www.mad4p.org/celebratingjuly4th/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">From Make a Difference for Pleasanton:</a> “Celebrating Freedom and its Evolution since the Revolution,” Pleasanton’s annual concert and picnic, will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the Fourth of July. &nbsp;Lions Wayside Park is located at 4401 First Street, across the street from one of the event sponsors, Meadowlark Dairy.
This free event, a program of Make A Difference for Pleasanton, involves dozens of volunteers, including the members of the Pleasanton Community Concert Band, American Legion Post #237, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #6928, Boy Scout Troop #908, and other individuals.
Six hundred hot dogs lunches, cooked and served by Lions Club members, will be available for purchase. Vegetarian options will be available.&nbsp; Lions also will provide free hand-held American flags to the first 300 adults to arrive.
Audience members should plan to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on.&nbsp; (Fifty folding chairs beneath a shade canopy will be available, courtesy of the Pleasanton Community Concert Band.)&nbsp; Participants of all ages are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue.
“This will be the twenty- fifth time that volunteers have put together ‘Celebrating Freedom and its Evolution since the Revolution” for our community,” said founder W. Ron Sutton.&nbsp; “On this &nbsp;250th Independence Day, we celebrate our shared heritage with an old-fashioned Fourth.&nbsp; Even if we disagree July 5 on current politics, we will do so with our expected behaviors of Respect, Responsibility, Compassion, Honesty, and Integrity.&nbsp; We celebrate living in a Community of Character!”
Also being recognized during the program are the 2026 Ed Kinney Community Patriots: Pam Yeaw and Anne and Brock Roby.
Included in the program will be a presentation by Randy Brown about the story behind our national anthem.
Established in 2005, the award honors the memory of Ed Kinney, who was a past mayor of the city and also the first Master of Ceremonies for the local Fourth of July event.
Current Masters of Ceremonies Les Duman and Herb Ritter will provide commentary.&nbsp;&nbsp; Mayor Jack Balch will provide brief opening remarks.
Founder W. Ron Sutton will offer a discourse on “The REAL Birthday” of our nation.

From <a href="https://annual.alamedacountyfair.com/july-4th/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Alameda County Fair:</a> The Alameda County Fair will be open on July 4 until the end of the Firework Spectacular Show. Celebrate the 250th anniversary of America and Blues Fest with a full day of rides, entertainment and festivities, then enjoy the Fireworks to close out the night.
The Chaperone Policy will be in place. Parking Lots close at 4:30pm and Admission Gates close at 5pm.<h2>PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR JULY 4TH</h2>
<ul><li>The Fair will be open on July 4 with special programming and performances celebrating 250 years of America and Blues Fest</li><li>Parking lots close at 4:30pm</li><li>Admission gates close at 5pm (arrive early for the fireworks)</li><li>No re-entry after 5pm, even with handstamp</li><li>Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 25 and older, no exceptions</li><li>A large Firework Spectacular Show will take place in the evening, Fair closes following the show</li><li>Picnics are not permitted on the Fairgrounds during Fair or on July 4th</li><li>July 4th is a popular day to attend, plan ahead to avoid back-ups at the gates</li></ul>

July 4th Chaperone Policy
The following Chaperone Policy has been updated for July 4, or any other day necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests, partners and staff&nbsp;
<ul><li>Minors 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult chaperone 25 and older</li><li>Chaperones must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at entry</li><li>One (1) chaperone, age 25 or older, must accompany no more than five (5) guests 17 or younger per day</li><li>Each chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit and be available by phone throughout their stay</li><li>Guests who are ages 17 and younger found inside the Fair unaccompanied by a chaperone are subject to ejection without a refund</li></ul>
