4 Teens Arrested For Flare-Gun Firings At Homes, Cars
The suspects, ages 15 to 16 and from Danville and San Ramon, were booked at juvenile hall, officials said.

SAN RAMON, CA – Four local juveniles, from 15 to 16 years old, were arrested in connection with the weekend's flare-gun shootings at homes and cars in San Ramon, police said.
Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 1 a.m. Sunday, individuals in a vehicle fired flares at homes on Yosemite Avenue, Estero Drive, Aptos Drive and Cree Court, according to the San Ramon Police Department, which released a surveillance video, posted below, of the reported incidents.
The suspects, three from San Ramon and one from Danville, were booked into juvenile hall in Martinez on multiple felony counts of suspected shooting into an inhabited dwelling and conspiracy, police said.

The suspects' vehicle, which appeared on surveillance video to be an older model Nissan Sentra, was located, and 12 gauge-flares were found inside, the department said.
San Ramon police said roughly seven residences were shot at with the flares, as well as numerous vehicles, adding that the homes and cars appear to have been randomly targeted and "not associated in any way."

Police thanked community members who aided the investigation with their home security cameras in the “Citizen’s View Camera Registry Program.”
"The swift arrests of the four suspects were a result of a collaborative effort between the citizens of San Ramon and the dedicated Detectives and Patrol Officers of the San Ramon Police Department," the agency said.

Police released a surveillance video over the weekend hoping the public can help identify a person who fired a flare gun at no less than five homes in San Ramon late Saturday night into Sunday morning.
Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 1 a.m. Sunday, a driver or passenger in a vehicle, which appears to be an older model Nissan Sentra, fired flares at homes on Yosemite Avenue, Estero Drive, Aptos Drive and Cree Court, according to the San Ramon Police Department.
The department is asking anyone who recognizes the vehicle (taillights illuminated in video) or who has a security camera that captured images of the suspect or the vehicle to call police at (925) 973-2779.
