How To Recycle Christmas Trees In San Ramon 2022
There are a few options when it comes to recycling your Christmas tree in San Ramon this season. What to know.
SAN RAMON, CA — One of the worst parts about the end of the holiday season is trying to figure out how to dispose of your Christmas tree.
Luckily for San Ramon residents, the local Boy Scouts of Troop 834 and 874 will be hitting the neighborhoods again this year to collect Christmas trees.
Trees will be collected on Jan. 8 for a suggested donation of $10.

Trees must be stripped of lights, tonsil, garlands, ornaments and stands. Trees must not be flocked and artificial trees will not be accepted.
Donations should be left under a mat and trees should be left at the curb.

Residents can sign up for the scout pickup here.
Alternatively, ACI of San Ramon will collect Christmas trees on regular collection days between Jan. 3 and Jan. 7.
